STARWOOD 2Q PROFIT RISES ON CUTS, TAX BENEFIT



CHICAGO (AP) -- Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. said Thursday that a foreign tax incentive and cost cuts helped boost its second-quarter profit 28 percent.
