U.S. SUES INVESTORS ABOUT PROFITS MADE FROM FAKE TAKEOVER RUMORS



Regulators sued the head of a Kuwaiti investment firm seeking the return of millions of dollars made after false takeover rumors pushed up the shares of two American companies.
