BARNES & NOBLE TO OPEN ELECTRONIC BOOKSTORE (AP)



AP - Retailer Barnes & Noble says it will take on Amazon.com with an electronic bookstore that will allow customers to buy books to read on a variety of handheld platforms and computers.
