FOCUS OF RIO TINTO CASE MAY BE COMMERCIAL, AUSTRALIA SAYS

China?s investigation into whether four employees of the British-Australian mining giant Rio Tinto stole state documents may be treated as a commercial case rather than an espionage case, Australia?s foreign minister said Sunday.
