DELPHI IS SAID TO HAVE A NEW DEAL TO LEAVE BANKRUPTCY

Delphi, the long-struggling auto parts maker, has reached a deal with its lenders and onetime parent General Motors over a new plan that would lift the company out of bankruptcy.
