SETTLEMENT REACHED ON ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS A MURDERER LEFT BEHIND



Companies once operated by Gurmeet Singh Dhinsa, who was convicted of murder, agreed to pay $1.4 million for gas leaks from 21 gasoline storage tanks.
